Question-1
Hi my name is JobSeeker-1 (Name hidden for user's privacy) & I have completed my Engineering with Computer Science Branch in year 2014. I wasted one year in job search & then I I got a job in a Tech Support BPO (Convergys now acquired by concenrtix) where I was supporting USA & Canada based customers for their Dell Laptop, Desktop & Printer level basic hardware related queries. Then I moved to a bigger role as Remote Desktop Support Engineer in Barclays Technology Services EON IT Park Kharadi Pune.
Now I want to move ahead with better salary but the problem is this Desktop support job has never been my passion rather I always wanted to be a career counsellor, taking seminars at colleges has always been my hobby but the problem is this filed does not give enough money for the person who does not have enough branding.
Please suggest me how I should plan my career so that I could finally earn good amount of money following my passion.
